Who provides the service

What is being booked

Accommodation for the dates, room type, board and party size you select on the booking page. The amount shown includes the board you chose and VAT.

Payment

• A 50% deposit by bank transfer, with the balance paid at the hotel on arrival
• Or the whole amount at the hotel on arrival (a request without deposit, confirmed by the hotel)
• Extras such as transfers and trips are not part of the deposit and are paid at the hotel on arrival

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellations made up to 3 days before check-in carry no charge, and any deposit is refunded. For cancellations inside the last 3 days and for no-shows the hotel's cancellation terms apply. You can cancel by telephone, WhatsApp or e-mail.

Right of withdrawal

Under Turkish distance-selling rules, accommodation services to be provided on a specific date are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal. There is therefore no 14-day withdrawal period for your booking.

The cancellation terms above apply instead: free cancellation and refund until 3 days before check-in.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is until 12:00. We try to accommodate early check-in and late check-out depending on that day's occupancy; it cannot be guaranteed.

Price changes

Once your booking is confirmed, the amount shown on screen and confirmed by e-mail does not change. Published prices may be updated for dates not yet booked.

Disputes

Disputes arising from this contract fall to the Turkish Consumer Arbitration Committees within their monetary limits, and to the Consumer Courts above those limits.
