Questions about booking and staying
How do I book, and is a deposit required?
Enter your dates and party size, choose a room and complete the booking on this site. There are two payment options: pay 50% by bank transfer to confirm the booking, or pay everything on arrival at the hotel. You can also book by WhatsApp or telephone.
Is there a charge if I cancel?
Cancellations made up to 3 days before check-in are free of charge, and any deposit is refunded. For cancellations inside the last 3 days and for no-shows the hotel's cancellation terms apply — contact us in that case.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is until 12:00. Tell us at the time of booking if you need an early check-in or late check-out and we will do what the day's occupancy allows.
What does Full Board Plus include?
Breakfast (a buffet, a Turkish spread or plated service depending on the season), lunch, an à la carte dinner and all soft drinks between 08:30 and midnight. Dinner is soup, a choice of main course, salad, meze and dessert. Alcoholic drinks are charged separately.
Is there a room-and-breakfast option?
Room and breakfast is sold only in April, 1–14 May and October. In the summer season and during Eid al-Adha the hotel operates on Full Board Plus.
Is there a discount for children?
Infants aged 0–2.99 stay free. If the family's first child is aged 0–5.99 they stay free; other children pay 50% up to the age of 11.99. From 12 years guests are charged as adults. The calculation is automatic once you enter the children's ages on the booking page.
Do you provide cots?
Yes, on request. Add it to the booking note or tell us on WhatsApp.
How far is the hotel from the beach?
Adrasan beach is about 1,800 metres away; walking down through the pomegranate orchards takes around 25 minutes. It is a few minutes by car and the hotel has free parking.
Is there parking and Wi-Fi?
Yes. Free parking inside the grounds and free Wi-Fi throughout. We have a generator for power cuts.
What is in the rooms?
Every room has air conditioning and heating, an LCD TV with satellite channels, a minibar, a safe, a balcony, hot water around the clock, a shower room, a hairdryer, free toiletries and slippers, a wardrobe and mosquito screens.
How do I get here from the airport?
Antalya airport is about 100 km away, roughly an hour and a half by road. We can arrange a private transfer for €85 per vehicle; tell us your flight details before booking. If you drive, the road is asphalt all the way to the hotel.
Is the hotel licensed?
Yes. We hold a Simple Accommodation Tourism Business Certificate from the Turkish Ministry of Culture and Tourism (no. 2022-7-1391) and a TÜV Austria Safe Tourism certificate (TUA-791).
Do you accept pets?
Yes, you can stay with your pet. The hotel is in forest with a large garden, so your companion will be comfortable too. Please tell us when you book so we can give you a suitable room.
Do you take credit cards?
Yes, you can pay by credit card at the hotel. When you book on this site the 50% deposit is taken by bank transfer; the balance can be paid by card on arrival.
How much is the airport transfer?
A private transfer between Antalya airport and the hotel is €85. Send us your flight details before booking and we will schedule the car around your arrival time.
Is there a shuttle to the beach?
No, we do not run a beach shuttle. Adrasan beach is about 1,800 metres away: a 25-minute walk through the orchards or a few minutes by car. Parking at the hotel is free. On site there is our footprint-shaped concept pool and the children's pools.
Can you arrange boat trips and diving?
Yes. Reception books boat trips to Suluada and the coves, diving, fishing trips, the Tahtalı cable car and paragliding with local operators. Ask at check-in for current times and prices.
