Adrasan Bay and Its Beaches

The beach itself

The beach runs the whole length of the bay and is usually glassy in the mornings. At the north end there is a stream mouth and the boat jetty; the south end is quieter and more wooded.

The shore is run by the municipality — there are no privately operated beach sections. Sunbeds and umbrellas are provided by Kumluca Municipality, so you can settle anywhere along the sand you like.

The coves you reach by boat

Adrasan's real treasures have no road to them. Day boats leave the jetty in the morning.

  • Suluada – white sand and turquoise water
  • Genoese Cove – high cliffs and deep blue
  • Pirate Cove – and the story of the ships that hid there
  • Akseki Cove – a quiet swimming stop

When does the sea warm up?

The sea is usually swimmable from the end of May, warmest in August, and stays comfortable until the end of October.
